A Post About Food
I’m definitely not a food person, but I thought I’d try my hand at writing about cuisine. Some of us made our way out to Musha after Michelle said she had been wanting to try. Well, it lived up to all the hype that it was given on various restaurant review sites. The food is best described as Japanese Tapas, with a large variety of small dishes. All the food was good, and the variety keeps your tastebuds guessing during the meal so you’re continuously and pleasantly surprised.
This was probably one of the coolest things. They give you hot coals to cook some of the dishes yourself.
We told them it was Randall’s birthday. They turned out the lights in the whole restaurant while we sang Happy Birthday to him.
When you order mackerel, they bring it to your table and cook it with a blow torch. Fire is cool.
After dinner we headed to Pinkberry’s latest location in PV. This did not live up to the hype it’s been receiving. It’s not horrible to eat, but it’s nothing special at all. It’s basically cold fruit as the yogurt has little flavor and is only there for texture. My advice is to save yourself the five dollars and get your fruit in a tried and true Jamba Juice smoothie. At least that way you can avoid all the Koreans.
