Coming Up for Air
I always said when you expect someone to be online and they are not online, it’s like someone underwater and you’re just waiting for them to come up for air. It sounds completely ridiculous, but you even get the same sense of dread when they don’t appear online for a while. Well, I haven’t been offline, but I haven’t posted in over half a week. That’s a long time for me. I’m back and better than ever, which really is just mediocre.
What causes white hair? I ask because I’ve noticed a lot of white hair on my own head in the past year. My hair has always been pretty light in color, more of a brown than a black. Does the hair color fade and the lighter your hair is, the easier it is to become white? Do white hairs grow back white if pulled? People say white hair makes you look distinguished, even wise. Everyone knows I can’t pull of distinguished. I’m more of a ruggedly handsome kind of guy. The closest thing I’ve come to being wise is being a wise guy.
I’ve got a busy schedule ahead of myself from now through June with work and personal commitments. This weekend I’m going camping with Michelle, her sister, and her sister’s friends. I wouldn’t really call it camping. We’re going to drink and then pass out in a tent. After that it seems like every weekend will be booked with graduations and birthdays. Coupled with all the meetings, business dinners, and a trip to Michigan this June, I am going to be run ragged. Why would I be writing on my website if I am so busy? I figure wasting fifteen minutes isn’t going to matter in the long run.
