On my usual rounds on the Internet, I have stumbled across some gems as usual. None of them are related to each other, so away we go with the hodge-podge of discoveries.
Let’s start with bad idea inventions. Every boy dreams of his robot protector, but this has got to be the worst Transformer ever. Being bullied at school? You need…a calculator! That’s just going to get bullies to kick your ass even more. It’s about as useful as this firetruck that is bound to cause more fires flying down down the road.

Every time Michelle writes a post that references me, it gets filed under the category, Boyfriend of the Year. It’s a title I’ve held for the past three years. Well, I’m not so sure I can earn that title again this year. Her birthday is coming up, and I am currently scrambling for a gift. I’ve resorted to asking friends what they think my girlfriend would like.
“Hasn’t she dropped any hints?”
“Probably has, but I don’t know.”

I don’t know when the last time I had a weekend to do nothing. I always say that I’m going to do nothing but end up doing lots of fun stuff. This weekend was no exception. Be sure to read the whole post for all the pictures and video highlights.
It started out Friday night with a trip down to Cal State Long Beach’s Pyramid to watch Michelle’s cousin Ashley play volleyball. She is on the women’s volleyball team, and her birthday is this week, so the whole family went to watch her play. They wiped the floor with Cal State Bakersfield, which was just what I wanted to see, because afterwards we got to go eat pizza. I haven’t has a victory pizza party in so long. Perhaps that is because I haven’t won anything in a long time.

In the past half decade, Apple has made leaps and bounds and gained lots of popularity, starting with its iMacs and followed by the ever popular iPod. People are starting to wonder whether they should purchase an Apple computer for their next laptop. If you are willing to spend the time to learn a new system, then you should go for it.
The first question that comes up in people’s minds when looking at Apple laptops is, “Why are the things so expensive?” The short answer is quality. You are not comparing apples to apples, no pun intended.
