After much delay, we finally decided to go out for Fred’s birthday. Korean BBQ was on the agenda. Unfortunately, Fred has lost his wedding planner ways and neglected to make reservations. For an hour some of us went back to Mo’s place, one block away to start celebrating Fred’s birthday, without Fred.

This weekend, Michelle hosted two gatherings at her place. First came the Anteaters. Michelle cooked some delicious food, we played some Nintendo Wii, and hung out by the pool.

It was a hot Labor Day Weekend. No one can deny that it was miserably hot, but it was also jam packed full of fun. Let’s skip the chit chat and get right into it.
Friday after work, we went to The Edison in Downtown Los Angeles. I knew we were going, but I didn’t think about it, so I had no clothes to wear. A quick stop at Ross fixed that problem right up.

This Friday I went to see Superbad. We started out at Ra Sushi, which is located right beneath the theater at the mall. There were good food and drinks for all. We decided that to watch a movie of such high caliber, we would need to do sake bombs beforehand. We did a couple bombs, headed up to the theater, but all the seats were taken. Being the smart people we are, we decided to trade our tickets for the later show and do some more sake bombs. I recommend this movie for anyone that loves a vulgar, raunchy comedy. It definitely wins funniest movie of the summer.
This weekend was Angie’s birthday, and she planned a trip up to Big Bear. I am not a camping person mostly because of my disdain for toilets that don’t flush. Being dirty and not changing my clothes for a weekend is okay with me though. I started the trip up with Alex, Stacy, and Tony. That’s almost all the white people I know outside of work. It was good times, but I was definitely glad to get back to a shower.
